Visual inspection:

1	Appearance of the machine	1. The surface of the machine must not have scratches, chips, grease, dirt or stains. Printing must be clear and consistent.
		2. All exterior labels must be correctly applied and positioned.
		3、The appearance is bright and there is no obvious colour difference between the whole machine.
		4、Switch position: all switches are located in the closed position before packaging.
2	AC power cord	1, correct specification 53 (RVV) 300/300V, exposed wire length 1.5m (including card head).
		2, Colour is as described in the BOM sheet, outer surface is clean and free from dirt.
3	Nameplate, manual, caster check	The nameplate should be attached to the bottom of the product and the instructions should be placed inside the instruction bag

2	Drop test	The whole machine including the outer box packaging test: including the outer box packaging, make a free fall from a height of 1.5 meters, and drop it once each in the way of one corner, three edges and six sides. It is required that the product is not damaged and functions normally.
3	Stability test	The most unfavourable position in normal use of the product is placed on a 10° incline and cannot be tipped over.
4	Power cord tension	AC power cord: 25 tension tests with 100N pulling force on the power cord, with no displacement of the cord skin exceeding 2mm.
5	Drainage testing	Sealed when the 90° rotating drain switch is perpendicular to the floor; drained when the 90° rotating drain switch is parallel to the floor.
6	Red light function check	Input rated voltage 220V/50Hz, press the one-touch start button, the LED red light will be on and of uniform brightness, press the one-touch start button once more, the red light will be off. The red light can also be controlled separately. In one-touch start mode, press the red light button again and the red light will go out.
7	Life time test	Approx. 600 hours of continuous time accumulation, no abnormal function.
8	One-touch start test	The whole machine runs for 10 minutes and turns off for 10 minutes for one cycle, after 1800 cycles it can work normally.
