Visual inspection:

		2, All exterior labels must be correctly applied and positioned.
		3, The appearance is bright and there is no obvious colour difference between the whole machine.
		4, Switch position: all switches are located in the closed position before packaging.
2	AC Power cord	1, Correct specification 53 (RVV) 300/300V, exposed wire length 1.5m (including card head).
		2, Colour is as described in the BOM sheet, outer surface is clean and free from dirt.
3	Nameplate, manual, caster check	The nameplate should be affixed to the bottom of the product, 2pcs of universal wheels, 2pcs of rollers and the instruction manual should be placed inside the instruction bag

3	Stability test	The most unfavourable position in normal use of the product is placed on a 10° incline and cannot be tipped over.
4	Power cord tension	AC power cord: 25 tension tests with 100N pulling force on the power cord, with no displacement of the cord skin exceeding 2mm.
5	Drainage testing	When the 90° rotating drain switch is perpendicular to the ground, it is sealed; when the 90° rotating drain switch is parallel to the ground, it is drained.
6	Ambient light function check	Input rated voltage 220V/50Hz, press the one-touch start button, press the ambient light will light up, press the light button once more, the light goes out.
7	Life time test	Approx. 600 hours of continuous time accumulation, no abnormal function.
8	One-touch start test	The whole machine runs for 10 minutes and turns off for 10 minutes for one cycle, after 1800 cycles it can work normally.
